Kinetic Weekend was a blast! The weather was a challenge on Sunday, but we're triathletes ~ a little rain and mud won't stop us! Congratulations to all of the racers and thank you- thank you- thank you to all of the volunteers and cheerleaders! We'll have full reports from both events in the upcoming newsletter.
The next Tri-Fred meeting is April 28th at 630 @ James Monroe H.S. Debi will be presenting a TRANSITION CLINIC. More details coming soon.

Smithfield Sprint ~ March 29, Kinetic Sprint ~ April 20, Colonial Beach ~ July 13, and the Giant Acorn ~ October 4. Of course we'll be at a TON of other events during the season, but at these races Tri-Fred will be out in force with everything necessary to make some great triathlon memories! Register for Smithfield, Kinetic and the Big Nut at SetUpEvents and for Colonial Beach at the YMCA.
